Jyoti Thukral

Jyoti Thukral is an experienced professional in the planning and marketing sectors, currently serving as the Director of Planning for North America at Hasbro since October 2010, where responsibilities include leading the Planning team and overseeing the implementation of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process. Prior experience includes a role as Demand Planner at Warnaco, where Jyoti led CPFR presentations and managed forecast accuracy, as well as a position as Marketing Associate at SAKSCO Gourmet Basket Supplies, managing a production team and conducting demand planning for a large number of SKUs. Earlier career experience includes a Deputy Manager Marketing role at Whirlpool Corporation, where Jyoti received awards for training sales teams and contributing to product launches. Jyoti holds a BASc in Applied Sciences from Delhi University and an MBM in Marketing from DEI India.
