Matthew Murano

Matthew Murano serves as the Manager of Security Governance at Hasbro, where leadership is exercised in enterprise-wide risk management initiatives and the development of security governance frameworks compliant with NIST and CIS v8 standards. With extensive experience in the Air National Guard as a Client Systems NCOIC and Information Systems Security Officer, Matthew has honed skills in team leadership, training, performance management, and compliance with federal security regulations. Prior roles at Raytheon Technologies included Cybersecurity Manager and Information Systems Security Manager, focusing on policy development, team management, and maintaining cybersecurity authorizations. Matthew holds a Master of Science in Cyber Security & Digital Forensics, and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a focus on IT Management. Matthew also earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminology from the University of Rhode Island.
