Mike Chaplin is a seasoned sales leader with an MBA and over two decades of experience in the retail industry. They began their career at Kohl's Department Stores, holding various roles from Merchandise Analyst to Divisional Localization Manager between 2004 and 2006. Mike's expertise expanded at SharkNinja, where they served as Vice President of Sales and Sales Director from 2022 to 2024, successfully managing teams to enhance brand performance in club and distribution channels. Currently, they are the Sales Director at Hasbro, leading a sales team focused on department stores and specialty retail. Mike holds a BS in Business Management, Marketing from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
