Nikki Duplessis

Nikki Duplessis holds an MBA and an MA in Social Entrepreneurship & Change, with a BA in Business Management Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Global Supply Chain Sustainability at Hasbro since February 2022, Nikki previously worked at Target as the Senior Manager of Social Sustainability from 2017 to February 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President and General Manager of Vendor Compliance & Sustainability at Li & Fung Limited, a Responsible Sourcing Program Specialist at Underwriters Laboratories, Project Manager at The Energy Coalition, and various positions in account management and marketing at O'Rorke, Inc., Quigley-Simpson, and Health Scan.
