Oliver Lott is the Director of Category Management & Insights at Hasbro, bringing over 20 years of consistent success in leading cross-cultural and cross-functional teams within the FMCG industry. Previously, they served as the Global Sales Strategy & Category Development Director at Jacobs Douwe Egberts, where they focused on transforming the organization’s sales approach. Prior to that, Oliver held various positions at L'Oréal, including Commercial Excellence Manager APAC and Global eCommerce & Category Manager, driving significant growth and strategic partnerships in the Asia Pacific region. Oliver is currently pursuing advanced management studies at IESE Business School and has studied abroad at multiple institutions.
