Pete Kellond

Pete Kellond is a highly experienced professional in the toy industry, currently serving as Creative Director for Global Licensing at Hasbro since January 2024, where responsibilities include leading the creative team and developing growth strategies for iconic brands. Prior to this role, Pete served as Vice President of Content & Commercial Development at Entertainment One, playing a crucial role in connecting digital content production with toy development. As Co-Owner and Director at ToyVision, Pete established partnerships with manufacturing facilities in India, offering cost-effective solutions for toy production. Previous roles include Vice President of Product Development & Acquisition at Tomy, where leadership encompassed R&D and product integrity, and Head of Design and Development at Radica Games | Mattel. Pete began a career at Hasbro in 1991, culminating in managing the Games Design team. Pete holds a BA Hons in Industrial Design from De Montfort University.
