Ramakant Sharma

Ramakant Sharma is a seasoned quality assurance professional with extensive experience in managing quality control functions within leading companies. Currently serving as the Manager of Quality Assurance and Head of QA at Hasbro since January 2017, Ramakant oversees a team of 20, focusing on New Products Quality, Vendor and Supplier Quality Management, and supporting auditing functions across various operations. Prior to Hasbro, Ramakant held the role of Supplier Quality Incharge at Ferrero, ensuring compliance and quality standards for over 200 million toys annually. Ramakant began the career as a Production Engineer at Raychem RPG (P) Ltd. and later as a Production Shift Engineer at Videocon Consumer Durables, gaining significant experience in production processes and quality management. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Polymer/Plastics Engineering from the Central Institute of Plastics Engineering & Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Jiwaji University.
