Sandra Kepler

Sandra Kepler, MSSCM, CSCP, CPIM, currently serves as the Procurement Capability Manager for Sourcing COE at Hasbro, a position held since October 2024. Previously, Sandra held the title of Business Process Manager at Carhartt from July 2022 to September 2024 and contributed to sales and operations planning at Panasonic Automotive between April 2021 and June 2022. Sandra’s earlier career included roles as Procurement Manager and Operational Buyer at Adient, where commodity strategies were developed and executed, and as Procurement/Raw Materials Supervisor and Raw Materials Buyer at Cargill, focusing on inventory management and purchasing for multiple facilities. Sandra began the professional journey as an International Coordinator at Cargill, ensuring compliance with export regulations. Sandra's academic credentials include a Master of Science in Supply Chain Management from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
