Stephanie Buccieri

Stephanie Buccieri, CPP, currently serves as the Global Payroll Director at Hasbro since September 2025. Prior to this role, Stephanie held various leadership positions at PTC from October 2019 to August 2025, including Director of Global Payroll & Equity Administration and Senior Manager of Global Payroll, where Stephanie was instrumental in implementing ADP's global payroll solution across 21 countries. With extensive experience in payroll management, Stephanie has consistently driven operational excellence across global payroll functions for numerous organizations, including Altra Industrial Motion and Walt Disney World. Stephanie received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with a concentration in Leadership and Organizational Change from UMass Boston.
