Stephanie Buscher

Stephanie Buscher is an accomplished supply chain and inventory management professional with a strong background in process improvement and analytics. Currently serving as Senior Director of Inventory Policy, Planning & Management at Hasbro since June 2023, Stephanie previously held significant roles at Wayfair from August 2017 to April 2023, including Head of Operational Excellence - Fulfillment, where leadership in strategic planning underpinned substantial supply chain savings. Prior experience includes serving as Supply Chain Analytics Consultant at General Mills and various leadership positions at Profiles by Kantar, focusing on client services and project management. Stephanie holds a Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science from Boston College, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
