Eric Ferguson is a certified workforce development and safety professional with nearly 20 years of experience in training, development, and regulatory compliance across diverse industries including manufacturing, chemicals, and government. Currently serving as the Safety Training Coordinator at Tennessee Valley Training Center, Inc. since June 2021, Eric also operates as a Trainer for Compliance Solutions Occupational Trainers Inc., specializing in HAZWOPER and other safety courses. As the Founder and Business Development Manager of Muster Point Safety, LLC, Eric leads all operational phases including course development and business growth. Previous roles include Field Safety Supervisor and Safety Instructor, with a strong focus on enhancing safety training programs and empowering workers to promote safe practices. Eric holds an MBA in Project Management from Colorado Technical University and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas State University.
