JoAnn Meyer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership development, operational excellence, and organizational improvement. As the Founder and Principal of Previse Consulting since July 2013, JoAnn focuses on enhancing leadership skills through tailored learning experiences and professional development coaching. In addition, JoAnn serves as a Leadership Development Facilitator/Instructor for the Health and Safety Council, engaging over 600 learners in leadership workshops. With a robust background in presenting at prominent industry conferences, JoAnn also hosted the "Digital Doers" podcast, exploring the impact of technology and leadership on employee empowerment. Previous roles include Executive Advisor at Accenture, Global Operations Advisor at ExxonMobil, and Senior Vice President at Aera Energy LLC, where JoAnn demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and operational management. JoAnn's educational foundation includes a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.
