Bindhu Krishnen

Bindhu Krishnen possesses 24 years of professional experience, including 16 years specifically in the BPO sector, holding various roles from Call Centre Executive to Chief Operations Officer. Currently serving as the Business Head for BPO Services at Hash Connect Integrated Services Pvt. Ltd. since January 2021, Bindhu previously held the position of Chief Operations Officer at VMG BPO from August 2006 to July 2020. Bindhu's comprehensive knowledge of the BPO working environment spans both junior and senior levels, supported by a foundational education from the University of Calicut, attended from 1990 to 1995.
