Chris Glendening has a diverse work experience in marketing and digital demand generation. Chris currently holds the position of Senior Director of Marketing at Hashdex, where they spearhead marketing strategy and demand generation for LATAM's leading crypto-focused asset management group. Chris oversees a creative team and executes customer-centric marketing strategies across various platforms. Prior to this, Chris worked as a Senior Manager - Digital Demand Generation at Thornburg Investment Management, where they led digital demand generation efforts and managed email marketing campaigns. Chris also implemented personalized lead generation campaigns. Before that, they served as a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations & E-commerce at Cox and Kings and held the role of Marketing Manager at Pavlus Travel & Cruise. Chris also worked as a Digital Marketing Coordinator at the National Basketball Association (NBA).

Chris Glendening completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management and Marketing at Ithaca College from 2005 to 2009. Chris then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Marketing/Marketing Management from Syracuse University - Martin J. Whitman School of Management, studying from 2015 to 2017.
