Hardik Bansal

Hardik Bansal is a Senior Engineering Management Specialist at HashedIn by Deloitte since April 2021, with prior roles as Engineering Management Specialist and Senior Software Engineer. Before joining HashedIn, Hardik worked at MetricStream from October 2018 to April 2021 as a Member of Technical Staff, focusing on backend development for the core product 'Surveys' using JAVA, Spring, OracleDB, ElasticSearch, and Redis, as well as designing reusable UI components with Backbone.js. Hardik's earlier experience includes a position as a System Engineer at Infosys, where responsibilities included developing a question-forum POC for the Infosys Security Platform and creating an education portal. Initial experiences also include internships at Lepton Software Export & Research, where Hardik developed applications for Vodafone and an ATM finder during the demonetization period. Hardik holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Computer Science from Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, supplemented by secondary and senior secondary education from Amity International School.
