Chad Deschane

Chad Deschane is a seasoned professional in information security and cybersecurity, currently serving as the Director of Information Security and SecOps at Hashgraph since February 2023. Prior to this, Chad held the role of Vulnerability and Asset Manager at Kraken Digital Asset Exchange, where leadership included a seven-member team and development of company-wide security policies. Previous experience encompasses positions such as Senior Vulnerability Management Engineer at Leidos, where Chad supported DISA's IT system protection, and a significant tenure with the United States Air Force, focusing on various cybersecurity roles including Cyber Security Engineer and Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge of Vulnerability Management. Chad possesses a BS in Environmental Studies from American Military University and an Associate in Information Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
