Jasper Potts

Jasper Potts is a Distinguished Engineer at Swirlds Labs, leading architecture and innovation for the Hedera network since May 2022, after serving as an Architect for the Swirlds Platform and associated open source projects. Previously, Jasper worked as an Architect at Hedera Hashgraph and held multiple architect roles at Oracle from February 2010 to May 2021, including the design of the Intelligent Track & Trace product and development of IoT solutions. Additional experience includes founding Xerto Ltd, creating software for managing digital image collections, and early career roles at Sun Microsystems, Barclays Capital UK, Cellectivity, Procomsoft, and SquarePark Technologies. Jasper holds a Masters Eng with Distinction in Computer Engineering from the University of Portsmouth.
