Michael Bennett currently serves as a Developer Advocate at Hashgraph, focusing on consulting and educating clients, startups, and creators in the APAC region since March 2023. Previously, Michael held roles such as Senior Blockchain Engineer at ConsenSys, Senior Software Engineer at genvis, Principal Consultant at Simple Machines, and Senior Software Engineer at Versent, with a strong emphasis on software development and engineering in various industries including finance and insurance. Experience also includes a tenure as Senior Financial Engineer at Nasdaq and a leadership role as Vice President at JPMorgan Chase within the Treasury Technology Department. Michael’s career began after earning a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Strathclyde between 1995 and 1998.
