Shoshana O'Brien

Shoshana O'Brien is a legal professional with extensive experience in commercial and product counsel, particularly in the blockchain and cryptocurrency sectors. Currently serving as Commercial and Product Counsel at Swirlds Labs since March 2023, Shoshana previously held the position of Legal Advisor at a stealth mode startup focused on tokenizing real-world assets through NFTs and AI. As Deputy General Counsel at Sentz Global from January 2018 to July 2022, Shoshana contributed to the rapid growth of MobileCoin Inc. to a $1B valuation, managing significant commercial agreements and engaging in legal analysis within the complex regulatory landscape. Shoshana's earlier roles include General Counsel at another stealth startup, Senior Analyst at Green Sands Equity, and various legal positions that encompassed civil litigation and policy research.
