Ben Holmes

Ben Holmes is currently serving as a Staff Solutions Engineer at HashiCorp since October 2022. Prior to this role, Ben accumulated extensive experience at Red Hat from August 2013 to September 2022, progressing through various titles including Associate Principal Solution Architect, Senior Solution Architect, Senior Middleware Architect, and Middleware Consultant. In these positions, Ben managed technical relationships within the Public Sector sales team and engaged in pre-sales and solution implementation across multiple industries. Ben's earlier experience includes working as a Software Consultant at CGI, focusing on Public Sector projects from May 2011 to August 2013, and as a Software Engineer at Serco from March 2006 to May 2011, developing case management solutions for UK law enforcement. Ben holds a degree from Aberystwyth University, earned between 2001 and 2006.
