John Kerry is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in cloud engineering and software development. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer II at HashiCorp since January 2022, John previously held various roles at NCR Corporation, including Executive Director and Enterprise Architect, where John led initiatives to transform traditional application operations into a modern cloud engineering organization. As a founding member and speaker at the UGA CUDA Teaching Center, John contributed to establishing the center and delivering workshops on GPU programming and optimization. Academic experience includes serving as a Graduate Research Assistant in the Department of Plant Biology at the University of Georgia, where John focused on statistical analyses and GPGPU applications. John holds a Master of Science in Plant Molecular Biology and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Georgia.
