Michael Z.

Michael Z. is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in the tech industry. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer II at HashiCorp since March 2023, Michael contributes to the Consul’s Core/Service Mesh team, focusing on development, maintenance, and customer escalations for Consul products. Prior to this role, Michael held several positions at CircleCI, including Staff Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer, leading a team to scale authorization and secrets management systems. Michael's experience also includes significant tenures at Oracle Bronto, where responsibilities spanned from core library development to high-volume service management, and at JPMorgan Chase, primarily as an Application Developer. Michael co-founded SilverSpark Computer Solutions and holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Wake Forest University.
