Will Farley is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in solutions engineering, currently serving as the Director of Solutions Engineering at HashiCorp since January 2020. In this role, Will oversees Corporate & Hub Solutions Engineering for the EMEA region. Previously, as a Senior Manager, Will founded HashiCorp's first Tech Hub in Madrid and played a pivotal role in team development and culture-building. Recognized for outstanding performance, Will was named the FY23 EMEA Solutions Engineering & Architecture Manager of the Year and the FY22 EMEA Enterprise Solutions Engineer of the Year. Prior to joining HashiCorp, Will held positions at GfK as a Site Reliability Engineer, at Elsevier as a Systems Engineer, and at the Department for Work and Pensions as a DevOps Engineer. Will holds a Level 4 Diploma for ICT Professionals from City & Guilds and has educational experience from Runshaw College.
