Farah Arifah is an HR Specialist managing Southeast Asia at HashMicro. Previously, they served as a Talent Acquisition professional at Binar Academy and a Recruitment Consultant at Glints, where they focused on understanding client needs and sourcing suitable candidates. They also have experience in recruitment marketing as a Recruitment Marketer at LOKAL and have held various roles within AIESEC.
