David Shapiro

David Shapiro has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2009, they interned at JPMorgan Chase in Private Banking/Wealth Management. David then joined JPMorgan Chase as a Product Engineer in 2010 and worked until 2012. In 2012, they became a Software Engineer at Sandbox Industries until 2013. From 2013 to 2021, David was the Founder & Board Member of Scout Alarm and also served as the Chief Technology Officer until 2020. In 2020, they joined Latch as the Vice President of Engineering until 2021. Currently, David is the Co-Founder & Head of Decentralized Finance at Hashnote since 2022, where they focus on simplifying institutional access to regulated products in decentralized finance.
