Noyal Hari has a diverse work experience. Noyal started their career as an Associate Lawyer at Basil Mathew & Co, representing clients in civil and criminal cases. Noyal then worked as an Associate at Blackwell O'Reilly Solicitors, assisting with litigation and court appearances. Following this, Noyal worked as a Team Lead at The Cobra Group, managing a team and handling pre-sales documentation. Noyal then transitioned into the legal field, becoming a Lawyer at the High Court of Kerala, where they independently handled various cases. Noyal then moved into corporate strategy and leadership roles, serving as Vice President at HashRoot Limited and later as Chief Executive Officer at Noanz Distillers Pvt Ltd. Noyal also worked as a Director at Hugues London Limited and served as the Interim CEO at Noanz Distillers Private Limited. In these roles, Noyal focused on strategic planning, analyzing business plans, and exploring new market opportunities.

Noyal Hari's education history begins in 2003 when they obtained a Bachelor's in Law (BAL) with a focus on Intellectual Property Law from Kerala Law Academy. In 2008, Noyal Hari obtained a certification as a lawyer from the Bar Council of India. They then pursued an L.L.B degree in Law of Taxation from the University of Kerala, which they completed in 2008. In 2009, they went on to achieve a MIB (Masters in International Business) degree from Leeds Beckett University, specializing in International Business/Trade/Commerce. Noyal Hari further expanded their knowledge by completing a Master of Laws (LLM) degree with a focus on International Business, Trade, and Tax Law from the University of Leeds in 2011. Their educational journey culminated in a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Culture as a Variable for Expatriates from Cochin University of Science and Technology, which they earned in 2019.
