Vinay K. is an experienced professional with a diverse work history. Vinay is currently the Founder of Hashstack Finance, a position they have held since 2021. Prior to that, they were the Head of Product at Finin from 2019-2021. From 2017-2019, they held the role of Product Manager (Contract) at Blockchain Start-ups, where they formulated an ICO strategy and co-ordinated with 3 cross-functional distributed teams to ensure a successful Initial coin offering. From 2016-2017, they were the Co-founder, Product & Growth Head at Echo (a near social app), where they led 5 cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development & launch. From 2017-2018, they were a User Experience Researcher at Consultant. From 2013-2016, they were the Founder & Product Head at Qulp, a collaborative product innovation platform. During this time, they built & managed a distributed team of 5 members responsible for developing a web application that catered to 3,000+ members. From 2013-2014, they were a Market Analyst Intern at Nueve Consultancy, where they conducted a study on agricultural goods production by various Indian states. From 2012-2013, they were Vice President of Marketing & Communications at AIESEC IIT Kharagpur. Finally, from 2011-2012, they were a Team Leader at AIESEC IIT Kharagpur, where they organised an event for 300+ underprivileged kids in partnership with Tata Steel & 37 NGOs, and a business summit for 1100 participants.

Vinay K. attended Kakatiya High School from 2002 to 2007, where they obtained a Secondary School Certificate (SSC) in Secondary Education. Vinay then attended the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur from 2010 to 2015, where they obtained a B.Arch in Architecture & Interior Design.
