Danni Li

Danni Li currently serves as a Senior Associate in Portfolio Management at HASI since July 2025. Prior experience includes roles at The AES Corporation, where Danni progressed from Energy4Talent Rotational Leadership Program Trainee to Manager of Business Development and Operations and Senior Analyst in Corporate Strategy from July 2019 to June 2025. Additional experience includes consulting for the World Bank Group, focusing on State-owned Enterprise reform, and internships at the Bipartisan Policy Center, Bank of Slovenia, ChinaEU, United Nations ESCAP, SDS Ventures Ltd., Recende CSR, and Global Buildings Performance Network. Danni holds a Master of Arts in International Economics, Environment Resources and Energy from Johns Hopkins SAIS and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Economics from Renmin University of China.
