Dean Shuron

Dean Shuron currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Controller at Hannon Armstrong, where responsibilities include leading the accounting team for technical accounting, reporting, and tax since October 2013. Previously, Dean held the position of Vice President, focusing on SEC reporting, technical accounting, management reporting, and mergers and acquisitions. Early career experience includes roles as Assistant Controller at Becton Dickinson, Executive Director at Constellation Energy with expertise in various accounting functions, and Assistant Controller at Crown Central Petroleum Corporation. Dean’s foundational experience began at Ernst & Young as a Manager, specializing in auditing and tax compliance. Dean holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Morgan State University.
