Suzanne Logan

Suzanne M. Logan is Senior Counsel at Hannon Armstrong Sustainable Infrastructure (HASI), where they lead debt and equity transactions in the U.S. renewable energy market. Previously, they served as Senior Attorney on the Energy Transition team with the Commercial Law Development Program at the U.S. Department of Commerce, advising governments in South and Southeast Asia on legal reform and economic development in the energy sector. From 2007 to 2020, Logan was an Associate and later Counsel at Latham & Watkins LLP, representing various developers and financial institutions in energy and infrastructure projects. Logan holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Georgetown University Law Center and has degrees in History and International Relations from Fairfield University and Yale University, respectively, along with a Fulbright Fellowship at Hiroshima University.
