Javier Aparicio has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Javier currently works as a Site Manager at Sécheron Hasler Ibérica since February 2020. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Customer Service and After Sales at HaslerRail AG from October 2019. In this role, they led a multi-site team and focused on achieving strategic and financial objectives, exploring revenue streams, and establishing global service centers.

Before that, Javier served as Projects Director at Schaltbau SEPSA from March 2014 to October 2019. In this position, they managed a group of Project Managers, ensuring quality control and risk management across engagements. Javier also handled various project control processes and worked towards improving project and program performance.

Javier's career started at ISDE Ing in 1999 as a Hardware Development Engineer. Javier was involved in Lonworks Network Design, firmware engineering, and hardware development for various products in different industries.

Javier Aparicio completed their undergraduate studies at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid from 1994 to 1999, where they earned a degree in Ingeniero Técnico with a specialization in Sistemas Electrónicos. Later, from 2011 to 2013, they pursued a Master's Degree in Coaching Psychology at UNED.
