Ben Rees

Ben Rees is a Principal of Architecture at Hassell, where they advocate for sustainable and regenerative design to create impactful environments. Originally from the UK, Ben is a registered architect in Western Australia with over 20 years of experience leading award-winning projects in various sectors, including education, healthcare, and commercial developments. They have been involved in notable projects such as the Aboriginal Cultural Centre and the New Museum of Western Australia. Prior to their current role, Ben served as a Senior Associate at Hassell and held positions with other architectural firms in both the UK and Australia. Ben also contributed to academic programs as a sessional tutor at Curtin University.
