Nick S. has extensive legal experience, currently serving as Company Secretary and General Counsel at Hassell since April 2018, and previously held the positions of Senior Legal Counsel and Legal Counsel within the same organization. Prior to Hassell, Nick worked as an Associate at Hogan Lovells from August 2016 to April 2018 and at JONES DAY® from February 2015 to August 2016, where roles included Associate and Law Clerk. Nick’s early career involved work as a Contract Specialist at ECM and as a Commercial/Contract Administrator at O'Donnell Griffin. Educational qualifications include a dual degree in Law and Corporate Finance/Financial Accounting from the University of Western Australia, completed between 2007 and 2014.
