Sian Willmott

Sian Willmott currently serves as the Sustainable Design Leader at Hassell, a position held since January 2023. Prior to this, Sian accumulated significant experience at AECOM from October 2015 to January 2023, holding roles including Associate Director - Sustainability, Principal Sustainability Consultant, and Senior ESD Consultant. Sian also worked as an ESD Engineer at GIW Environmental Solutions from June 2013 to June 2015 and as an ESD Consultant at WSP Group from June 2010 to June 2013. Sian holds a Master’s Degree in Property/Project Management from RMIT University, completed between 2013 and 2015, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Architectural Engineering from Victoria University, earned from 2007 to 2010.
