David Low is the co-founder and CEO of HATA, a dual-licensed cryptocurrency exchange regulated by the Securities Commission Malaysia and the Labuan Financial Services Authority, enabling users to buy, sell, and access digital assets using fiat currencies such as the US Dollar and Malaysian Ringgit. They previously served as General Manager (APAC) for Luno, where they led the APAC operations across Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore and built a regional footprint with more than 2 million users and over $4 billion in annual trading volume. Earlier roles included General Manager (Food Business) & Country Head of Business Development at Honestbee from 2016 to 2018. They studied at The University of Reading from 2007 to 2009.
