The hatch. vision is to lead the UK’s transition to a digitally designed, precision manufactured residential product; built in scalable factories with and within the communities they serve.

The unique and innovative hatch. proposition will leverage its proprietary CLiCs modular housing products, to drive forward the supply of high quality affordable homes to the community's own specifications. This, together with the establishment of local manufacturing facilities, creation of skilled jobs and economic growth, will make a tangible difference wherever we hatch.
