Roxanna Ayers

Roxanna Ayers, Esq., M.A., CFRE is the Chief Executive Officer of Ethos Consulting Group and an attorney at Ethos Law, both of which Roxanna has led since 2022. Previously, they held key roles including Chief Business Development Officer at Charidy and Vice President of Project Management at Charidy.com from 2016 to 2020, as well as Political Consultant at Veritas Campaigns, LLC from 2011 to 2014. Roxanna earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Marymount Manhattan College, a J.D. in Campaign Finance and Election Law from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, and a Master’s degree in Philanthropic Studies from Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy.
