John Peña

John Peña is currently the CTO at Hatch, where they lead technology initiatives. Previously, John was the CTO and Cofounder of Correlated, which developed lead propensity scoring for CRMs before being acquired by Rippling in 2024. They also held the position of Senior Engineering Manager at Lime, contributing to the company's API platform and data services, and were a Founding Engineer at MAX, creating a mobile header bidding platform. John has extensive experience in software engineering, having worked at major tech firms including Twitter and MoPub, and holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Philosophy from Duke University.
