Luis Henrique is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in tech leadership and full-stack development. Currently serving as Tech Lead for the Messaging Platform at Hatch since October 2021, Luis has spearheaded the migration from a legacy service in Go to an optimized service in Elixir. Prior to this role, Luis contributed as a Senior Software Engineer at Podium, where efforts focused on establishing a Brazilian office and rewriting a core product into micro-services.
