Miles Stokes

Miles Stokes has extensive experience in customer success and operations, currently serving as Implementation Team Lead at Hatch since October 2016, with previous roles including Data Specialist and Customer Success Manager. Prior to Hatch, Miles worked at Vans from July 2015 to November 2016, where responsibilities included supervising stockroom operations and enhancing customer service as a Retail Sales Associate. An internship at Johnson Inc. in 2014 involved fostering connections with universities for a range of events. Miles holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Virginia Commonwealth University, obtained between 2011 and 2015.
