Perri Kylow

Perri Kylow is the Director of Customer Success at Hatch, bringing over 12 years of experience in Customer Success, including more than 6 years in leadership roles. Perri has previously held positions such as Associate Director at Wunderkind, where they managed a team of Customer Success Managers and oversaw a significant portfolio. Perri's early career included various internships in marketing and public relations, contributing to event planning and client communications across multiple organizations. Perri holds a B.A. in Journalism with a focus on Public Relations and Marketing from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
