Will Mapes is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in diverse roles across various companies. Currently serving as the VP of Engineering at Hatch since August 2023, Will previously co-founded and held the position of Chief Operating Officer at RoboTire from March 2020 to March 2023. Will also co-founded Singlethread and contributed to its growth from October 2014 to March 2020. Earlier in the career, Will worked at RouteOne for over eight years in multiple managerial roles, including Senior Manager of Product Strategy and Business Development Manager. Will's educational background includes an MBA from Michigan State University's Eli Broad Graduate School of Management, a BBA from Northwood University, and participation in the Y Combinator program in 2020.
