Nick Hobson

Nick Hobson, PhD, is an accomplished expert in behavioral science and organizational psychology, currently serving as an Advisor at Hatchproof and as Managing Director for North America at Influence At Work (UK). With over a decade of experience as a University Lecturer at the University of Toronto, Nick has designed and taught various courses while consistently receiving exceptional ratings in teaching. Additional roles include contributions as a Behavioral Science Columnist for Inc. Magazine, Lead Scientific Advisor at Emotive Technologies Inc., and extensive involvement in research and leadership positions across multiple organizations, including podcasting as the host of "It's All Just a Bunch of BS" and founding The Behaviorist. Nick holds a PhD and Master's degree in Behavioral and Brain Sciences from the University of Toronto, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Psychology Neuroscience from McMaster University.
