Lori Malett

Lori Malett is a seasoned professional in the staffing industry, currently serving as President of Hatch Staffing Services since January 1996. In this role, Lori is responsible for sales forecasting, achieving revenue goals, and creating programs that distinguish Hatch from competitors. Lori's experience includes successfully directing partner/vendor relationships, implementing incentive and training plans, and managing RPO, Managed Services, Direct Hire, and Temporary Placement. Previously, Lori held the position of Vice President, where strategic leadership helped navigate economic challenges and expand the company's reach into new states with high client retention rates. Lori's career also encompasses various roles in sales and management, beginning in the food and beverage industry and progressing through intensive sales training at Allnet Communications. Lori holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing, International Business, and Spanish from Marquette University.
