Jaclyn Ling

Jaclyn Ling is a co-founder of Hatchways, a Y-Combinator-backed startup focused on modernizing the interview process for developers by assessing both technical and interpersonal skills in real-world scenarios. Additionally, Ling serves as a Visiting SVP at Pioneer Fund, collaborating with Y Combinator alumni to invest in promising startups. Prior experience includes working at Kik Interactive, Inc. as part of the product team for the Bots Platform, where notable early chatbots were launched in partnership with brands such as H&M and Sephora, and founding BlynkStyle, which was acquired by Kik, to provide curated outfit recommendations. Jaclyn Ling graduated from McGill University with a degree in Finance and completed the Y Combinator program in 2019.
