Brandon Powell is the founder and CEO of HatchWorks. Brandon was previously the head of product at Cricket Wireless, a fully owned subsidiary of AT&T. Powell was responsible for leading all product management and product development activities for Cricket Wireless. Powell's team was accountable for defining and delivering the entire product portfolio strategy, vision and road map for the company. They were responsible for the development of great experiences that delighted customers and drove incremental revenue for the Cricket business. The product set spanned a wide range of offers ranging from digital technical products to more business focused ones. Some examples of digital services include OTT video, 10+ applications, Wi-Fi off load / calling, and next generation mobility network services like RCS. The business focused products include offers such handset insurance, handset financing, and international.

Powell successfully managed a diverse portfolio which contains 25+ products and services. Brandon Drove customer NPS to the higest scores in 15 year history of the company. Brandon also developed a differentiated portfolio that drives customers willingness to pay higher. In addition, they launched new strategic mobility products and services that drive revenue or reduce costs. Brandon was also accountable for profitability and revenue around each product. Lastly, they built best in class product realization and life-cycle management processes.

Brandon Powell attended Harvard Business School, where they earned their PLDA (EMBA) in Business Administration and Management, General. Brandon also holds a BBA from The University of Georgia in Management Information Systems.
