Josue Alpizar

Josue Alpizar has a diverse work experience starting with their current role as a Principal Software Development Engineer at HatchWorks. In this position, they work as a senior full-stack developer using .NET core and various AWS services for the backend, and React.js for the frontend. Prior to this, Josue worked at Cheetah Digital as a Senior Full Stack Developer, where they were part of a team maintaining two internal applications of the company. Josue also worked as a Senior Full Stack Developer at MDG Developers Group, where they were responsible for several projects, including the development of an internal ERP system for Televisora de Costa Rica. Josue's earlier experience includes working as a Web Developer at Laureate International Universities, where they were involved in the maintenance and development of a virtual classroom platform. Josue started their career at Tek Experts as a Technical Support employee, where they provided support for Hewlett Packard (HP) tools using SQL Server Management Studio.

Josue Alpizar pursued their education at several institutions and obtained various certifications in the field of computer software engineering. Josue first attended the Universidad Internacional de las Américas from 2010 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering. During the same period in 2014, they also attended the Universidad Latina de Costa Rica, where they obtained a Technician degree in Cisco CCNA 4.

In 2015, Josue Alpizar attended Cenfotec and obtained a certification in MVC .net c# software development. Josue also pursued a Bachelor's degree in Commercial and Advertising Art at ULACIT from 2010 to 2013.

In terms of additional certifications, Josue Alpizar obtained various certifications in cloud computing and software development. Josue became a Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals through Microsoft in July 2023. Josue also obtained certifications through Amazon Web Services (AWS), including AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate in June 2023, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner in March 2023, and AWS Certified Developer – Associate in November 2022. Additionally, they obtained a certification in MVC 4 C# Development from Universidad Cenfotec in July 2015.
