Nidia Murillo

Nidia Murillo has over 16 years of experience in the field of Human Resources and Operations. Nidia is currently working at HatchWorks as the Director of People Operations LaTAM since January 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior HR Manager Latam at the same company from July 2021. Before joining HatchWorks, Nidia worked at Q6 Cyber as an HR & Office Manager from April 2019 to March 2020. Nidia also has experience working at GRUPO ANC as a Regional Human Resources Manager from July 2018 to September 2018. Additionally, Nidia was a Human Resources Manager at Molinos de Costa Rica from November 2011 to June 2018. Nidia started their career at R&M as a Regional Administrative and Human Resources Manager, where they worked from September 2005 to October 2011. Throughout their career, Nidia has been responsible for various aspects of HR, including recruitment, training and development, payroll management, labor relations, and employee performance evaluation, among others.

Nidia Murillo has a diverse education history. Nidia holds a Licentiate degree in Human Resources from Universidad Nacional de Costa Rica. In 2010 to 2012, they pursued a Master's degree in Environmental Hygiene- Occupational Health at Tecnologico de Costa Rica. Additionally, in 2015 to 2016, they furthered their education by pursuing a Specialist degree in Labor Laws at Universidad de Costa Rica UCR.
