The Hatheway Group is made up of four businesses. Hatheway & Instrum Orthodontics, Orthodontic Supply of Canada, Capital Airways and SHEROB Ltd.

Orthodontics is the cornerstone of the Hatheway Group. Holdings include Hatheway & Instrum Orthodontics, one of the largest orthodontic practices in Eastern Canada and Orthodontic Supply of Canada a National Orthodontic Supply Company.

Capital Airways offers executive air charter, flight training and aircraft maintenance. SHEROB represents the real estate holdings of the organization.
