Ayush Tripathi has a diverse work experience that spans across various roles and companies. Starting in 2017, Ayush held multiple positions within AIESEC India, including President, Manager - Marketing and Branding Strategy, Head of Talent Acquisition, Development and Experience, and Operations Team Lead. During their time at AIESEC, Ayush was responsible for overseeing operations, handling corporate relations, facilitating leadership experiences, and developing talent acquisition processes.

In 2020, Ayush joined Chtrbox as a Senior Executive, where they executed and reported on numerous campaigns and content creators over key accounts. Ayush was responsible for planning, developing, and executing brand/campaign strategies and managing digital media campaigns for clients.

In 2021, Ayush transitioned to BLKBOX.ai as a Customer Success Manager. In this role, they onboarded 15 companies onto the SaaS platform, managed budgets, and successfully drove revenue growth.

In 2022, Ayush joined Verloop.io as a Customer Success Manager, where they continued to excel in managing customer relationships and ensuring their success.

Currently, Ayush is working at Hatica as a Manager, Customer Success.

Ayush Tripathi completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Shri Ramdeobaba College of Engineering and Management from 2015 to 2020. In 2023, they also completed the General Management Program from Stoa.
